An EasyJet flight has been forced to divert to a major UK airport after an emergency on board.
This morning, flight U25521 from Alicante to Manchester declared an emergency while flying over the southern British coast.
The flight was diverted to Gatwick airport due to the emergency.
The plane landed in London Gatwick around 8.30am, however it is still unclear what the emergency was and if the flight was met with emergency services on the ground.
