The wedding took place on February 19 last year. Police responded to The Springs Clubhouse in Longwood, a city in Florida, after a wedding guest reportedly began "feeling weird".
The guest told deputies that he felt like he "had drugs inside him" even though he had only eaten food and drank wine.

Emergency services rushed to the scene and treated multiple people who were suffering with stomach pains and vomiting. A female guests reportedly told officials that the food was laced with marijuana. Another guest said they felt "ill and high", according to the report, and that he wanted to press charges against the people who were responsible.
The ill guests were then taken to South Seminole Hospital where they were treated.

Deputies spoke to the bridge and another person - asking if she had consented to or requested for - the food to contain marijuana. The bride stared at the deputy, before saying no, the police report stated.
Officers then tried to locate the catering manager but staff had already left.
Police collected samples of glassware and food to be tested, including chocolate-covered strawberries, pudding ‘shot’ desserts and lasagne.
