Man behind Paris attacks Abdelhamid Abaaoud confirmed dead

Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the 'mastermind' believed to be behind the attacks in Paris on November 13, is dead.

The man who orchestrated the multiple terrorist attacks in the French capital has was shot and killed by police during a massive raid on a Saint-Denis apartment in north Paris on Wednesday morning. There are further reports that a second person was killed during the raid – a woman wearing an explosive vest, which she apparently used to blow herself up. Addressing a press conference yesterday evening, Paris public prosecutor, François Molins confirmed that eight people were arrested after the Saint-Denis raids, and at least two suspects killed.
