Vinnie Jones stars in the latest Steve Aoki video and things get bloody

Things are about to get bloody.

Steve Aoki today continues his 5OKI campaign, where he will release five singles in five weeks, by dropping off new track “Pika Pika” with Dutch electro house producer LOOPERS.

Marking the first studio collaboration between Steve Aoki and LOOPERS, “Pika Pika” hears the duo fuse electro and bass house sounds into an out of this world production. But it’s not just the music that’s got fans going a little crazy over it.

The official music video for the track reveals a heist style narrative, starring ex-footballer-turned-actor and all around hard man Vinnie Jones and Aoki himself.

The video follows Aoki and his Yakuza-inspired Dim Mak Crew on an intricate heist. Aoki’s objective is to rob a vault that is secured via a biometric hand scanner. He is given a dead mob boss’ hand, which he must use on the scanner to gain entry.

Meanwhile, Vinnie and the LOOPERS gang have a heist plan of their own, and pursue Aoki and the goods. A fight scene unravels into an epic car chase, before concluding with a plot twist that leaves Aoki at the center of a heist gone wrong.

The song’s stunning artwork is by illustrator Rod Martinez and serves as a film poster for the theatrically-inspired music video.
