Innuendo filled M&S bread ad appears on Twitter… but was it intentional?

This is not just a poor choice of phrase, it's an M&S poor choice of phrase...

Eager to get across that their bread rolls are a great source of vitamin D, it appears the second meaning in this advert may have been missed before it went to print.
