The PlayStation 2 has sold over 155 million units. That is incredible. Sure, plenty of those were people who just wanted a cheap, reliable DVD player, but that helped it become a mainstream juggernaut. Sony only ceased repair support for the machine last month, and there's still trusty units sitting under TVs in family living rooms, bedrooms and student halls across the country.
