When American Independence Day rolled around on July 4, the CrossFit king was in the mood for some fun with his Mayhem team-mates.
The four-time CrossFit Games champion set up a huge home-made water slide (with a big bit of tarpaulin and some Fairy Liquid, presumably) in his back yard.
But rather than just going down on your arse in the conventional fashion, Froning pulled it off on a surf board.
The Rogue athlete made it look effortlessly easy, and finished off in his lake with a back flip.
For a former baseball player, he’s got a pretty good American football arm too…
