The former Royal Marine has devised a series of 5-minute circuits for JOE to burn fat and sculpt muscle – including this seriously tough leg workout.

Now former TV Gladiator McIntosh has created an equally cruel workout to hit your upper body.

Don’t expect to be able to dress yourself, hold a pen or hug a loved one goodbye after this.

The premise is simple – 10 exercises in a row, 30 seconds high intensity on each one, non-stop for 300 seconds. Get as many reps as you can.
