aged 18 to 24 to get on the challenge.

When Titan Force: Trip to Ripped kicks off on January 11, 2016, the 20 finalists will have been selected to do the six-month challenge.
The chosen ones will get free training and diet programmes, expert coaching from celebrity trainer Rich McKeating and ex-bodybuilding champion Dan Norman.
After six months hard training the 20 will doubt be in killer shape and ready to get a photoshoot with top fitness photographer Christopher Bailey for a 2017 charity calender...and all proceeds will go to help the brilliant Teenage Cancer Trust.
