Winter is coming

Well, not actually. Winter has just gone. But in everyone’s favourite show, Game of Thrones, winter is indeed coming and with it, an army full of wight walkers. Season 8, which will finally settle this impending war between the once and for all, is almost upon us. In celebration of this wonderful news, Now TV are offering fans of the show the chance to get a free Game of Thrones tattoo.

Fans will be able to head to a one-of-a-kind tattoo studio, with a series of designs from guest tattooist to the stars, Lauren Winzer, who created and inked Sophie Turner’s iconic ‘The Pack Survives’ tattoo.

The studio will be open for two days only, 16 April and 17 April, at The Circle in Central London. There will be 16 different designs to choose from, which draw on the iconic symbols, themes and quotes from the show.

So if you fancy getting ‘I drink and I know things’ inked permanently on your skin, or maybe the Stark’s direwolf, get involved.

50 appointments can be booked in advance via Eventbrite, but if you miss a slot, fear not, as 50 tattoo slots will be available to walk-ins across the two days – on a first-come first-served basis.

It’s free to sign up to, but you must of course be aged 18 or over.

The studio’s address is: The Circle, 21 Noel Street, Soho, London, W1F 8GP.
