While his life was one that wasn't without controversy, but he is undoubtedly one of the most iconic and one of the greatest acts in the history of pop music.
For the best part of 40 years, from his time with the Jackson 5 through to his own successful solo career, Jackson was a prominent figure in the music industry, making songs and albums that are still remembered and still played today.
Grammy award-winning a cappella group Pentatonix's latest project was to cover Jackson's entire career in just six minutes, including brief snippets of some of his most famous songs in chronological order, starting with 'I Want You Back' and finishing up with 'Heal the World'.
Safe to say they nailed it.
