The Wolf of Wall Street is Martin Scorsese’s highest-grossing film at the worldwide box office, which is handy seeing as a very successful stockbroker is suing.
Andrew Greene is seeking damages from Paramount Pictures for £33million over his alleged portrayal in the movie.
The 53-year-old could have grounds for ‘libel fiction’ over his close likeness to the wig-wearing movie ‘Rugrat’ character Nicky Koskoff, played by P.J. Byrne.
Like Koskoff he wore a toupee and had attended law school – but has never been implicated for any wrongdoing as portrayed in the blockbuster, starring Leonardo Dicaprio.
Greene spoke to Piers Morgan about suing Paramount Pictures.
