The Wire star Dominic West said he leapt "in the air with joy" when he heard that Donald Trump had tested positive for COVID-19. The actor was being interviewed on Good Morning Britain to talk about his work with the Prince's Trust, when host Kate Garraway what his reaction was to the news about President Trump. "Well, I did slightly leap in the air with joy." "[Trump] said 'It is what it is," and I think the phrase is, 'What goes around, comes around.' I just hope it doesn't interfere with him being elected out of office, that's all." "There's an element of schadenfreude I suppose," West replied when Garraway asked if he thought it was karma. "I'm not a fan of his, as you can probably tell.
