Disney have confirmed that new episodes of the hit Star Wars spin-off The Mandalorian will start streaming on Disney+ on October 30th.
The use of the language "start streaming" suggests that the episodes will drop weekly like the first season did, as opposed to arriving in one big chunk, Netflix-style.
The amount of Baby Yoda content in the new season has not yet been confirmed.

And, that's pretty much it. That is all the info we have at the moment. A trailer will probably be on its way very soon.
It is good news for any Disney+ subscribers. Since launching in November in 2019 (and March 2020 in the UK), the streaming service has had a lack of big-name new additions.
There was meant to be the Marvel Cinematic Universe-set The Falcon and the Winter Soldier TV series on there this summer, but that got delayed by the coronavirus pandemic. The filmed version of hit musical Hamilton was released in July, and there was the new Muppets show Muppetts Now.Mulan is going straight to Disney+ and skipping cinemas, but you will have to pay extra for that.
So at least there is one big blockbuster show coming soon to keep people's subscription money for another few months.
The Mandalorian debuted when Disney+ launched in November last year. Set between the events of Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens, it follows a Mandalorian bounty hunter named Din Djarin, played by Pedro Pascal. He is accompanied on his journies by 'The Child' - aka Baby Yoda.
And while the show was generally well-received, it was Baby Yoda that really grabbed people's attention. The adorable character was instantly meme'd and the internet fell in love with him.
The Mandalorian is not the only new Star Wars content coming to Disney+ this year. The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special is due to arrive in November, paying homage to one of the most infamous parts of Star Wars history.
