Rudi Kinsella

The channel will be showing all of the movies featuring the legendary characters that Stan Lee created.

The iconic comic book creator Stan Lee passed away on Monday morning at the age of 95.

Lee left behind a legacy of dozens of incredible characters that remain at the forefront of entertainment today, and many that will never be forgotten.

Tributes have poured in for Lee since his passing, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

And as upsetting as this news is for his millions of fans around the world, Sky are doing something really great to celebrate Lee’s lengthy body of work.

Sky Cinema Stan Lee will be launched on Friday 16 November, and will last until Sunday 18 November.

So if any of you Marvel fans had any intentions of leaving the couch this weekend, you better cancel them. Spider-Man, The Hulk, Iron-Man and the rest of the gang are waiting for you.

Unfortunately, the deal will only be available to people with a subscription to the Sky Cinema channels.

More information can be found at the official website for Sky Cinema here.
