We never knew Piers Morgan was such a dedicated WWE fan.
Either Morgan was keenly tuned in to WWE Raw this week or else one of his Twitter followers made him aware of the fact that his name made the broadcast.
Morgan was referenced as Enzo Amore made his way into the ring, with commentator Corey Graves saying: "Enzo might be the only guy who is less liked in England than Piers Morgan."
It was a throwaway line intended to hit home with British viewers but what it did instead was hit a nerve with Morgan, who didn't hesitate to respond.

Graves retired from in-ring competition three years ago due to concerns over concussion issues and he's since moved up the broadcasting ranks to earn his spot a colour commentator for Raw and SmackDown Live.
And he wasn't too shy to defend himself against the Good Morning Britain presenter with the below response.

And that brought about some faux confusion from Graves, who pretended to mistake the Englishman for James Corden, the host of The Late Late Show in America.

This one looks set to run and run...
