This is a complete surprise.

Since Derry Girls popped onto our screens two weeks ago,  it's become a must-watch. A half-hour episode is just not long enough. We've previously written about how it's hard to recall a sitcom or comedy drama of any sort that has managed to establish itself and main characters so quickly -  and how Brits should cherish watching it. The age of the characters is a major part of what makes the show great. According to her IMDB, Nicola was born on January 9, 1987, in Galway. She was previously studied at the renowned Oxford School of Drama and this is her first major role. As Danny Dyer would say, it's proper freakin' my nut.
