Terror attacks on a music venue where young people were enjoying themselves horrified the world – but in particular music fans. It could have happened to any one of us.
So that’s what makes this daft prank even more unbelievable.
Someone threw a smoke bomb on stage during a gig by Manchester band The Courteeners.
To say the band were not happy is an understatement.
Lead singer Liam Fray went on a rant at the smoke bomber shouting down the microphone ‘do you think you’re hard, you little prick?’
‘There’s just no place for it, he said. “You’re ridiculous. I can’t wait for that little crowd at the front giving me the Vs to get on Twitter tonight and give me as much sh*t as you f**king want.’
He called on fans to get the culprit out of the gig before carrying on.
