Liam Gallagher has gone too far this time in slagging off his brother Noel

There's calling him a potato, and then there's this

Comparing his brother to Donald Trump is one thing, but this? This is too much.

While we can all acknowledge and Liam and Noel Gallagher’s very public is a) great craic altogether and b) probably all just an elaborate publicity stunt to build anticipation for that inevitable Oasis reunion, there are some things that should never be said in public.

On Wednesday night at the NME Awards, Liam was asked to name his villain of the year by a reporter from Press Association.

Of course, he named his brother.

“Gotta be Noel,” he said. “I’m being serious. You’re laughing, but he’s worse than Kim-Jun f****** Tung or whatever he’s called.”

So far, so Liam.

“And he’s worse than Donald Trump. He’s the biggest liar and biggest faker in the business, so yeah, him.”

Worse than Donald Trump, said Liam. Again, par for the course for the two greatest enemies ever to support Manchester City.

Liam’s next, comment, however, was WAY below the belt.

“He’s worse than Piers Morgan as well,” he added.

Jesus.

We know they’d a bad falling out and all, but there are some things you just don’t say. Piers effin’ Morgan? Low blow.

“Me and my brother made some good music. And I guess the attitude was just as important as the music,” continued Liam, who lost out to Loyle Carner for Best British Solo Artist at the awards.

Looks like we won’t be seeing this happen any time soon.
