You might not know the name Zoe Sugg, but she has carved out quite a successful career for herself as a beauty blogger on YouTube.
Better known by her screen name Zoella, the 25-year-old boasts a following of more than 10,000,000 subscribers, with her videos regularly gathering over a million views.
While it’s not exactly something we’d be too keen to sit down and watch very often (let’s be honest, at all), but there’s big money in it.

While uploading videos to YouTube might seem like a fun pastime, Sugg has managed to turn it into a career – and a very lucrative one at that.
According to The Sunday Times, she is now making in excess of £50,000 per week. That’s right, she’s making as much as some Premier League footballers.
It might not rival the likes of Wayne Rooney, but it’s certainly hell of a lot more than we’re on. In fact, it’s double what Rooney’s Manchester United teammate Marcus Rashford is on.
Not bad for a self-starter who has apparently built her own YouTube empire, as well as scoring a book deal on the back of her online popularity.
Maybe we should make a career change…
