Even by Game of Thrones standards, this is an awful lot of blood.
There’s still five months to go until the return of season six of Game of Thrones, but even the slightest hint about what’s to come is enough to get fans of the show excited.
HBO released their first teaser for the new season today and as well as cast further mystery over the well-being of THAT CHARACTER WHO MUST NOT BE NAMED FOR FEAR OF SPOILERS, it brings back painful memories of some of the most infamous deaths in the show to date.

It also hints at a fairly major role for Bran Stark, who was conspicuous by his absence in season five - and suggests that predicting what might occur over the next few episodes is an impossible task.
Which, of course, is a very good thing.
We can’t wait.
