He’s back, for the sixth time
Arnold Schwarzenegger has given us the first look at the T-800 in the upcoming sixth Terminator movie.
Terminator: Dark Fate is set to come out November 1st, and features the return of not only Arnie, but also Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor. It will serve as a direct sequel to Terminator 2: Judgment Day – aka the best one – and ignore all the movies that followed.
We’ve already gotten a look at Sarah Connor in the film – but now Arnie himself has released the first image of him in the movie.

So, ok, he looks like the Terminator, just older. In Genisys – aka part 5 – it was explained that even though the T-800 is an ageless robot, the flesh around him does age, which explains why it looks like 2019 Arnold Schwarzenegger, and not 1984 Schwarzenegger.
IGN also has a load more images from Dark Fate, including a look at all six main characters.
The official synopsis for the film reads:
Linda Hamilton (Sarah Connor) and Arnold Schwarzenegger (T-800) return in their iconic roles in Terminator: Dark Fate, directed by Tim Miller (Deadpool) and produced by visionary filmmaker James Cameron and David Ellison. Following the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Dark Fate also stars Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna, and Diego Boneta.
Arnold Schwarzenegger of course first played the T-800 in 1984, and returned for Judgement Day in 1991 and Rise of the Machines in 2003. He didn’t officially appear in 2009’s Salvation, but his facial likeness was used via CGI to give a cameo to the T-800 “Model 101”.
