Essentially all the episodes in between he looked like this. The exact same, but moodier, as demonstrated by the hood now covering his head.

Last night. Maybe he just really loves that jacket? I'm not sure why he loves it, but still.

Yes, it appears to be true, it appears he hasn't changed his clothes at all. This is very, extremely not advisable if you want to do things like have friends, leave the house, or even pet the cat.
That cat won't go near you mate. And cats like garbage.
"Roadman chic" is a versatile, consistent look, that much is true, but I would not recommend wearing it every single day for almost a month. You should not be doing that. Under any circumstances.
In fairness to Max, he has been through a lot recently. He's been released from prison, tried to commit suicide, and seen his daughter die.
It appears, however, even this isn't enough for sympathy from some viewers, who took to social media to tell him he might feel better if he got changed.
Whilst I don't think it will help him get over the loss of daughter, a spicy new fedora, some fresh brogues or even a single item of clothing that isn't navy might help cheer him up, at least for a little bit.
