Shocking footage shows mass brawl at Tesco as fearless pensioner casually continues her shopping
The brawl was said to have happened after security guards stopped two men on suspicion of stealing alcohol
A Tesco security guard is being investigated after shocking video showed him delivering "MMA-Style" elbow blows during a mass brawl inside the supermarket in Birmingham.
The footage is even more surreal for the presence of an elderly shopper who casually walked into the shot, then carries on her shopping as violence breaks out around her in the Aston store.
Video of the brawl was captured on Sunday and has led to the agency that manages the security guards launching an internal investigation. The guard seen in the video is not currently working at the store.
Dramatic mobile phone footage shows a Tesco worker swinging at one of the suspects as he pleads: "Don't hit me, I've got nothing to do with it."
The same-store security guard then runs over to another person being grappled by staff and aggressively delivers several heavy "MMA-style" elbows to his back.
The person filming the footage can be heard saying: "It's getting silly in here. It's all mad. He's mashing him up here. Oh s**t."

West Midlands Police confirmed they were called to the superstore on Aston Lane at 3.40pm after a Tesco staff member was punched in the face.
A police spokeswoman said the force is investigating reports of an assault: "We understand there was a fight between security staff and a suspected thief, during which a staff member was punched in the face.
"As part of our investigation, we’ll be speaking to witnesses and reviewing CCTV. We’ll also review videos that we know have been posted online."
One witness, who did not want to be named, said the brawl broke out after security guards stopped two people on suspicion of stealing alcohol.
They said: "It all got a bit crazy and one of the security guards appeared to be very heavy-handed. He swung for one of the lads and then elbow dropped the other.
"His own colleagues had to pull him off at one point. I'm not sure his bosses are going to be very happy as he clearly lost his temper but I think he got a whack in the face himself.
"At one point one of the fellas tried to bite him as well so you can understand him losing his rag a little but it was still pretty unprofessional of him to react as he did."
