Christian Benteke doubled their advantage before half-time, with late goals from Luka Milivojevic, from the penalty spot, and substitute Patrick van Aanholt completing a miserable afternoon for those connected with Hull. In contrast, Swansea's players were delighted with the outcome. "It's always a relief," manager Sam Allardyce said after the game.  "The nervous tension was around the building today. "For us to apply ourselves as we did, almost perfectly, was excellent. It's four goals, a clean sheet and we were able to enjoy the last 15 minutes. "It was a class performance. We completely nullified Hull's possession."
