Influencer, 43, dies following penis enlargement surgery

A coroner said the procedure caused his death

As per TMZ, wealthy influencer Igho "Tiny" Ubiribo, also known as Denisi or Ego, died after undergoing the procedure during a luxury vacation in Thailand with his wife.

A fatal embolism was caused by the cosmetic treatment, a coroner said.

Ubiribo, 43, was a British-Nigerian businessman.

According to an inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court, he had 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis at an unnamed Thai clinic in March.

The influencer was staying at a Marriott hotel in Bangkok with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen.

The serious complications following the penis enlargement procedure

Following the penis enlargement procedure, the couple went for a massage, where he complained of chest pain and passed out twice.

He was initially able to answer questions after he was taken by ambulance to Sukhumvit Hospital.

His wife Danielle told doctors about the filler injections, but her husband lost consciousness before a recommended CT scan could be performed.

Doctors determined he had suffered a pulmonary embolism, which is a clot blocking a blood vessel in the lungs.

After he was transferred him to intensive care, medics performed CPR for more than 100 minutes, but he passed away in the early hours of March 6.

Cellular material in his lungs matching the hyaluronic acid used in the injection was found in a UK postmortem.

Ubiribo, who was known for his lavish style, owned a $1.1 million home in Los Angeles’ Crenshaw neighborhood and a $600,000 apartment in London.

He and wife Danielle, who is a fashion designer and socialite, married in 2022 in a a lavish $473,000 ceremony in Zimbabwe.

Ubiribo was buried in London in a gold coffin, reportedly costing more than $745,000.
