The Chelsea man was at it again against Everton on Saturday, as both teams played out a pulsating 3-3 draw.
As well as getting on the scoresheet with the home side's first goal, the Brazilian/Spaniard produced this absolute peach.
Whilst rolling around on the ground with a supposed injury, the striker realised he was off the pitch and therefore the game would not be stopped for him to receive treatment.
So as bold as brass he stopped his painful protestations, crawled onto the pitch and carried on faking the injury...
