Two huge stadiums won’t be in EA FC 24

Two iconic grounds won't feature

This year marks the first release of the game since the name was changed from its traditional title of 'FIFA' and will be released to players worldwide on September 29.

Ahead of the launch, EA have teased fans with a number of features as players will be able to enjoy 19,000 players, 700 teams, 30 leagues and more than 100 stadiums all fully licensed.

The likes of Anfield, Old Trafford, the Santiago Bernabeu and more will all appear in the game but two that won't are the home grounds of Bayern Munich (Allianz Arena) and Barcelona (Spotify Camp Nou).

Both clubs have exclusive deals with EA's rivals Konami for their own game eFootball game - formerly known as PES and as part of it, they have the exclusive rights to use the grounds in their game only.

Instead of their own official ground, Bayern and Barça will play in one of the generic stadiums included in the EA FC game. Their kits, badge and players for both teams will still be fully licensed though.

The Nou Camp, which is currently being demolished ahead of a major revamp, has not been in an EA Sports football game since FIFA 16 while the Allianz Arena last featured back in FIFA 19.

Serie A champions Napoli also have a deal with Konami however unlike Bayern and Barcelona, they will not be a licensed club in EA FC.
