Talking of pre-season tours, Manchester United fly out to the US on Monday, and have reserved an extra seat in the hope of a new signing.
According to the Guardian, the Red Devils are still hopeful that they can sign Southampton's Morgan Schneiderlin before the start of their American adventure.
The south coast club are holding out for a fee of between £27m and £30m, but United are confident that a new bid of around £25m should be enough.
