Madrid to swap Bale for Hazard

Real Madrid have made Eden Hazard their number one target this summer.

The Champions League holders are apparently so desperate to sign the Belgian that they are willing to offer Gareth Bale in part-exchange, according to The Sun.

However, the PFA Player of the Year won’t come cheap, with Jose Mourinho claiming the 24-year-old would cost Madrid £100m.

Manchester City want £30m Wilshere

Manchester City are after yet another one of Arsenal’s players to add to their, erm, arsenal.

The Daily Mirror claim the champions are lining up a £30m bid for midfielder Jack Wilshere.

Not satisfied with raiding Arsenal for Emmanuel Adebayor, Kolo Toure, Gael Clichy, Samir Nasri and Bacary Sagna over the past few years, they now want to pinch the 23-year-old England ace too.

Wilshere joins an all-English wishlist which includes Raheem Sterling, Ross Barkley and Jay Rodriguez.

Arsenal vote for Pedro

Barcelona forward Pedro could be Arsene Wenger’s first summer signing.

Arsenal are apparently prepared to open the bidding at £24m for the 27-year-old Spaniard, who has become surplus to requirements at the Camp Nou.
