With the 2025/26 Premier League season now 11 weeks old, it's about time we take stock and look back at some of the newcomers that have made the biggest impact for their respective sides.

The 2025 summer transfer window was one for the books.
Between them, the 20 Premier League clubs spent a combined £3 billion on new acquisitions, setting a record in the process.
Liverpool brought in £440 million worth of talent, Man United spent close to £200 million on three players (Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbuemo, and Matheus Cunha) and even the likes of Nottingham Forest's business saw more than 15 players arrive.
While not every single new player has hit the ground running quite yet, some of the new Premier League stars have been lighting the league up since day one.
As the division takes a break from action to make space for international fixtures this week, there is no better time than to come up with a definitive list of the top 10 Premier League signings so far.

While Gyökeres has netted just four Premier League goals so far this term, he has had a transformative impact on the Gunners' play-style.
Where last season, Arsenal's prolific wide forwards Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli often struggled for space to create, Gyökeres' bullish power in the centre has made this impossible.
His prowess in the air and willingness to run in behind has meant that opponents have had to focus more energy than ever before the Gunners' number 9, leaving the rest of Arteta's attackers freer than ever.

It might be a surprise to see a player for 17th placed Burnley make our list, but the Clarets are actually having a quietly successful season; a large part of which is down to the creativity of Hartman.
Scott Parker's newly-promoted side were one of the first names on most lists to be relegated this season, but if these first three months are anything to go off, the Turf Moor outfit look well on their way to defying the odds.
Signed from Feyenoord this summer the Dutchman had an instant impact at Turf Moor and as it stands no other Premier League player has recorded more assists than Hartman.

Kelleher is another player who has completely transformed a club who had been heavily expected to face a serious relegation battle.
After leaving Liverpool this summer, Kelleher arrived at Brentford with the opportunity to lock down his first starting role for a Premier League side. He has risen to the challenge brilliantly, helping stabilise a Bees' side that were entering an insecure new era, after five years under former manager Thomas Frank.
The results speak for themselves. Kelleher has excelled, and kept two clean sheets to help Brentford reach the safety of 12th place in the league. Not to mention, he's also saved six of the last 11 penalties he's faced for club and country.

No one arrived at their club under greater pressure than Nick Woltemade. The departure of ex-Magpie Alexander Isak wasn't just the story of the summer, it was one of the biggest transfer sagas of all time.
Incredibly, despite Newcastle trying and failing to sign both of Hugo Ekitike and Benjamin Sesko, they eventually landed on the perfect replacement. Woltemade has slotted into Howe's system perfectly and has bagged six goals in the famous black and white Toon shirt already.

Many had thought that after the sales of Milos Kerkez, Dean Huijsen, and Illia Zabarnyi this summer, the Cherries' luck might’ve been up, but under Andoni this season Bournemouth have continued to grow.
The arrival of Eli Junior Kroupi is a big reason why. Following a scoring start against Leeds last month, the 19-year-old was thrust into the limelight when the club's' main frontman Evanilson picked up an injury, and he's blossomed ever since.
Since filling in as Bournemouth’s main number nine, Kroupi scored three goals in his opening two starts. As Bournemouth push on for European places this season, Eli Junior Kroupi is sure to play a major role.

Since Arsenal's rise to the top of the Premier League table — after three successive second place finishes — shouldn't really have come as a surprise to anyone, the real success story of the season so far has been newcomers Sunderland. Coming up through the play-offs after finishing 24 points behind Leeds in the Championship last season, few expected the Black Cats to be the stand out promoted side. And yet, at the time of writing, they're 4th in the Premier League table .
Roefs has been one of the major reasons why. His calmness behind the sticks has been the strong foundation on which Regis Le Bris high-flying side has been built. With four clean sheets already, the 22-year-old is already outperforming expectations.

Much like his manager a decade before him, this silky Spaniard has slotted straight into the Arsenal XI and elevated their level to unforeseen heights.
Simply getting Zubimendi to north London was a major coup, as Arteta succeeded in persuading the then Real Sociedad man to reject both of Real Madrid and Liverpool.
The 26-year-old's composure at the base of the Arsenal midfield has given Declan Rice the freedom to push forward with confidence, and while defenders Gabriel and Saliba have received most of the plaudits, it is also due to Zubimendi's arrivals that the Gunners have only conceded 5 goals all season.
As well as chipping in with three goal contributions in all competitions, the midfielder also has the joint best success rate in aerial duels (90%) of any player in the Champions League this season despite only standing at 5"11 tall.

While all the talk in recent weeks has focused on Arne Slot and Liverpool's failures in the transfer market, Hugo Ekitike is the one clear exception.
Since joining the champions in July, and scoring on his debut in the Community shield, the Frenchman simply hasn't looked back. Seven goals and one assist in just 16 games so far is a fantastic start, especially considering how unsettled Arne Slot's side have been in recent weeks.

After years marred by misfires in the transfer market, Man United seem to have finally hit the nail on the head with Bryan Mbuemo. Unlike many of United's past striker signings, in the former Brentford man the club have uncovered an attacker who knows how to put the ball in the back of the net.
His great form is backed by the stats: Mbuemo has scored at least one goal for every two matches he's played this season (6 goals in 12 starts).

In a year that's seen spending records reach unprecedented highs, it's surprising to see a player that cost just £17 million at the top of our list. But Granit Xhaka has just been that good. His leadership, passion, and energy have catapulted Sunderland away from relegation fears and turned them into one of the toughest teams in the division.
Xhaka is one of only two players to have ran over 100km this season, making countless last ditch challenges and interceptions all while providing vitalsupport to his young teammates. After all, this is not the Xhaka of Arsenal, but a more disciplined, measured and vastly experienced leader at the age of 33.
