The dirtiest teams in Premier League history have been revealed

Liverpool fans will be delighted to know that their team is one of the cleanest Premier League teams.

The Daily Mail have decided to sift through all the data, crunch all the numbers and other such buzz phrases which essentially mean the same to find out who are the dirtiest teams the Premier League has ever seen. Surprisingly the now-defunct Wimbledon team come in as one of the cleanest teams in the history of the league despite the presence of Vinnie Jones and the rest of the Crazy Gang. Derby County are the worst offenders, leading the dirty table with an average of 2.21 disciplinary offences per game. Stoke City (2.15) and Sunderland  (2.13) take second and third respectively while Hully City (2.09) take the final Champions League spot. Arsenal and Manchester City are way down the list with 1.73 apiece, with Chelsea slightly dirtier with 1.84. Manchester United are inexplicably nowhere to be found, so it's safe to assume they're neither dirty nor clean. Check out the 20 dirtiest teams below.
