So convincing was the likeness to the Real Madrid defender, that the man himself had to take to Twitter and make an official denial.

An eagle-eyed shopper spotted a security guard in Tenerife and just had to tweet the Spain star to ensure he wasn't moonlighting in a supermarket during the international break.
Thanks to Ramos, we can now confirm that he has not signed for Mercadona, although we bet he'd be damn good at shutting out shoplifters.
