beIN Sports presenter Richard Keys was forced to cancel a planned broadcast following a warning for the UK government for British people in the Middle East to 'take immediate shelter.'
Keys' beIN studio is based in Qatar, a nation located just across the Persian/Arabian Gulf from Iran, where a joint mission between US and Israeli forces began a military operation earlier on Saturday.
All coverage of Premier League action broadcast from the network will take place from London instead.
Richard Keys took to social media platform X to announce the change.
Keys said: "Thank you all for your messages.
"It was a bit lively earlier.
"I don’t have space to express my feelings about that idiot Trump. No show today"
"@beINSPORTS_EN You’ll be in the capable hands of our colleagues in London.
"Thoughts & prayers for everyone in our region. Ramadan Kareem."
