Neil Warnock has been fined £20,000 by the FA for his comments about Premier League for his comments on Premier League officiating after Cardiff City's 2-1 loss to Chelsea in late March.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek then scored a late winner than sent Warnock into meltdown. The veteran manager could not refrain from criticising the levels of officiating in England, saying it is the "worst in the world."
