AC Milan manager Sinisa Mihajlovic and his Inter counterpart Roberto Mancini spiced things up before the Milan derby with a curious bet.

There was money on the line, but not as you might expect - both agreed that the winning manager would make a sizeable donation to a charity supporting refugees.
