It’s Manchester United’s official club suit.
Louis van Gaal’s squad looked tidy, buttoned-up and straight-laced in their United finery as they made their way to the Champions League fixture against PSV Eindhoven.
Kind of like Van Gaal’s playing style. But just as some of the senior players were demanding the Dutchman release the reins to reveal United’s creative flair on the pitch, the inside of their suits are screaming the same.
While they might look every inch the dapper gents in smart attire and ties, but the suit linings are far more flashy.
We spotted a glimpse of the inside of Luke Shaw’s jacket and it looks like a pastiche of United legends, the famous number 7 shirt and – we’re squinting here – but George Best’s head.
Very Manchester indeed.
