Lucas has given Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino a big selection headache ahead of their Champions League quarter-final second leg against Manchester City on Wednesday. Lucas has mostly come off the bench this season, but with Harry Kane ruled out for the rest of the season, the Brazilian has may well have just fought his way into the starting XI.
Heung-min Son, the hero of the first leg, will start on Wednesday after being rested against Huddersfield, and Lucas could well start too after this magnificent performance, with Dele Alli also doubtful having broken a bone in his hand during the first leg.
