City hot for Pogba and Sterling
Former Manchester United star Paul Pogba and Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling are being targeted for a summer swoop by Man City.
Last season’s champions could be looking to shell out £100m for Juventus man Pogba and 21-year-old Sterling, report The Sun.
They face stiff competition for Pogba, however, with Juve director Pavel Nedved claiming Paris Saint-Germain have also bid for 22-year-old France international.
United double defender desire
Manchester United boss Louis Van Gaal is keeping his beady eye on Borussia Dortmund centre-back Mats Hummels, claim The Sun.
The Dutchman is also tracking Atletico Madrid’s 20-year-old Uruguayan defender Jose Gimenez to bolster his back line, although it’s unlikely the La Liga champions will be eager to cash in.
Liverpool want Kiev striker
Liverpool are hot on the heels of Dynamo Kiev striker Andriy Yarmolenko, according to the Daily Star.
The Merseyside club are reportedly preparing a hefty bid for the 25-year-old who banged in one of the goals in Kiev’s rout of Everton in the Europa League midweek.
