When the news broke that Jack Wilshere's contract would not be renewed at Arsenal this summer, it seemed almost certain that he would end up at West Ham. The move allows him to stay in London, play first team football and join a club whose fanbase's passion matches the blood and thunder that he plays with on the pitch. However, the club suits him down to the ground and he should settle in quickly, assuming he avoids injury.
