If you're in any way squeamish, you definitely won't want to see Damian Stasiak's vicious submission of Davey Grant in Manchester.

Britain's Grant had a tough night on home soil as he dropped a submission loss to the Polish powerhouse who forced the tap with a nasty armbar in the third frame. The first round was pretty even with both fighters showcasing their grappling prowess and scoring takedowns, but Stasiak's ability to sweep meant that the Brit couldn't stay in the dominant top position for too long. Grant had a better showing in the second, finding his range on the feet and putting together some slick combinations that looked like they hurt Stasiak. Grant fought hard against the submission, holding out where others may have submitted a lot sooner. He eventually tapped, but as Stasiak explained in his post-fight interview, the damage might have already been done at that stage.

The result sees Stasiak ride a two-fight win-streak in the UFC, after dropping his promotional debut to Yaotzin Meza in 2015. The loss means that Grant is now 1-2 in the UFC and 10-3 overall. Interestingly, all three of Grant's losses have come by way of submission.
