The centre will open once lockdown measures are relaxed

Romford FC owner Glenn Tamplin is to open a 'dayhab' centre for recovering addicts on his own land once lockdown measures are relaxed. A recovering drug addict himself, Tamplin wants to provide opportunities to people struggling with addiction who cannot afford to spend consecutive days at a rehab centre. The centre will be based on his private land in Essex and cost £80 a day. There will also be a retreat for longer stays. Tamplin spoke to JOE about the centres, reflecting on his own battles with mental illness and how he has coped without football, his main passion, during the coronavirus induced lockdown. https://twitter.com/JOE_co_uk/status/1253343957062430723 https://twitter.com/FootballJOE/status/1253706207757467649
