Chelsea loanee fined for grabbing opponent’s penis

After moving to Stamford Bridge for £3.5 million in January 2016, Miazga made just two appearances for the Blues before being loaned out to Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem. The United States international has largely impressed during his time in the Eredivisie but that's not to say it's all gone his way. Miazga has most recently hit the headlines for the wrong reasons for an incident involving Heerenveen full-back Denzel Dumfries which took place at the end of January. Miazga must have been told to get touch-tight on Dumfries and misunderstood the advice as he treated himself to a handful of his marker's crotch. The incident was not seen by the match referee and thus went unpunished but after Dutch media picked up on it, Vitesse have decided to fine the 22-year-old. "First of all, we regret the commotion that has arisen," Vitesse technical director Marc van Hintum said. "We have fined Matt directly after the events because they do not fit the behaviour shown within the fair play concept of the club." Miazga is expected to return to Chelsea at the end of the current season. Premier League penises, beware!
