Come thru Danny Ings

Everton and Liverpools starting XIs have been announced ahead of their 12.30pm derby day kick off at Goodison Park.

Mo Salah does not even make it to the bench, where Bobby Firmino sits, while Danny Ings starts.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has also dropped out of Liverpool’s starting line-up.

For Everton, there is just the one change from the team that lost to Manchester City 3-1 last Saturday. Midfielder Tom Davies comes in for forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

The last time Danny Ings started for Liverpool was in October 2015. He has suffered two major knee injuries since and only made two appearances last season. However, that last start was against Everton, a 1-1 draw in which Ings scored.

It was also Brendan Rogers last game in charge at Anfield.
