The former England captain has aged like a fine wine, leaving many of us wondering just what his secret is. Obviously his athletic lifestyle has helped, but surely there's something about his diet that can give the average person a hand too. But if this is Beckham's secret, we'd rather not know. The 40-year-old shared a snap of a meal on Instagram, letting his 14.5m followers know that he was tucking into some fish sperm. The dish is known as Shirako - which has the incredibly unappetising meaning of "white children" - and is popular in Japan.
