Cristiano Ronaldo was involved in a bizarre incident as a fan ran onto the pitch and picked him up.
The incident took place 10 minutes into the second half of Portugal's 3-0 win against Bosnia and Herzegovina as the fan ran onto the pitch before making a beeline for Ronaldo.
After reaching the 38-year-old, he initially hugged him before proceeding to drop to his knees and kiss the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's feet.
It then got even stranger as the passionate then rose to his feet to hug Ronaldo once again, this time picking him up and lifting him into the air.
To round off, the supporter shook the Al Nassr forward's hand and performed his iconic 'SIU' celebration. He was able to run off an evade the stewards while Ronaldo seemed to take the gesture in good spirits.
Portugal remain top of their group after a brace from Bernardo Silva and a Bruno Fernandes strike maintained their 100 per cent record. They will now face Iceland on Tuesday, where Ronaldo could receive his 200th cap for his country.
YouTube star Speed was also able to meet his idol after Ronaldo's teammate Rafael Leão stopped the forward's car so that Speed could meet him.
Visibly excited, Speed was finally able to meet his hero, with Ronaldo claiming to say that he knew who he was after being told all about the American by his son.
