1. Christmas Blossom

Perfect for a Christmas day brunch, the only things you need to make this smooth, peachy dream are:

¾ cup Russian Standard Vodka

2 cups fresh or frozen peach slices

¼ cup sugar

3 tablespoons peach schnapps

Ice cubes

Fresh mint springs, for garnish

Method

Process the vodka, peaches, sugar and schnapps in a blender until smooth.

Then add ice cubes to the mixture in a blender (to 5 cup level) and mix until smooth

Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh mint.

2. Yule Mule

This one is better suited to an afternoon occasion. A festive twist on the classic Russian Mule – featuring seasonal cranberries for a pop of colour and flavour.

All you need to make it is:

50ml Russian Standard Vodka

60ml unsweetened Cranberry juice

Juice of 1 lime

80ml Ginger beer

Cranberries, to garnish

Rosemary sprig, to garnish

Method

Just shake first three ingredients into a glass over ice. Then top it up with ginger beer and rosemary sprig garnish.

3. Spiced Hot Chocolate

One for those with a sweet tooth, the spice hot chocolate cocktail is perfect as an after dinner treat.

What you need:

60ml Russian Standard Vodka

1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate

2 cup of milk 

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1 teaspoon vanilla 

dash of salt

1 chilli pepper, split in half and seeds removed 

1–4 tablespoons sugar / honey Melt chocolate in milk in a saucepan

Method

Add chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla. Add chilli pepper and bring to simmer, then remove and let sit for 10 mins. Discard the chilli pepper and stir in sugar / honey to taste. Add Vodka. Serve.
