'Tis the season
On the latest episode of Liquid Football, we move out of the studio and into a new setting in the form of the Liquid Football Christmas Pub Quiz.
Hosted by Lynsey Hipgrave, the two teams - which featured Steve Sidwell, Carlton Cole, Luis Garcia and Wayne Bridge, Wes Brown and Bobby Zamora - took part in a quiz, including general questions and guessing each other’s FIFA stats, to see who will come out on top.
They also discussed some brilliant football stories, from Wes Brown watching Sir Alex Ferguson kick a boot at David Beckham’s head, to being hit in the head by a cricket bad by the same man.
Wayne Bridge also revealed how he was left behind by the England team bus at the 2002 World Cup, and the reason it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been.
