The latest Reform member to face a parliamentary investigation

The news of the investigation was confirmed this morning by the parliamentary commissioner for standards.

It is reported that the MP for Boston and Skegness is being investigated for failing to declare an interest, believed to be when talking about Israel in a Westminster Hall debate.

According to the commissioner's website, the investigation was opened last Tuesday (28 July).

Tice is the latest member of Reform UK to face an investigation by the parliamentary watchdog after the party's leader Nigel Farage was subject to one over 'gifts' he had received before becoming MP for clacton.

That investigation led to Farage jumping before he was pushed and calling a by-election on his own seat, although he could still be subject to the investigation if he returns to parliament.
