In the aftermath of Trump's decision, Macron delivered a stirring address that reiterated France’s commitment to climate change and called on professionals who can make a difference to come to France to continue to work on “concrete solutions for our climate, for our environment”. “To all scientists, engineers, engineers, entrepreneurs, responsible citizens who were disappointed by the decision of the United States, I want to say that they will find in France a second homeland,” Macron said. “I call on them: Come and work here with us — to work together on concrete solutions for our climate, our environment.
